This copper alloy group depicts Vishnu as Narayana seated on a lotus base with Lakshmi (Sri Devi) seated on his left knee. She holds a lotus bud and wears a kuchabandha (breast band). Both wear embroidered dhotis and neck, wrist, and ankle ornaments, as well as conical coronets. His four arms hold respectively the chakra (wheel), shanka (conch), utpala (closed lotus) and gada (club).
