DESCRIPTION

Beautifully decorated in two shades of blue beads on a white ground with an hourglass motif. The fringe is partially wound with red and white quillwork with bead border and hung with deer dew claws, a practice that was discontinued in the 20th Century by the Lakota and other plains tribes.
