Leather, horse hair, fiber cord, trade cotton and wool, brass belt buckle, over an inner wood core

Applique designs in brown and white leather. This mysterious object could have been used for attachment as either a horse ornament, shamanic ritual costume or hanging. From a Dutch collection.
